Returns
At 12UP Kicks, every sneaker has a story — from Deadstock heat to everyday beaters. Because each pair is unique, we do not issue automatic cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit as our standard return option.
For rare situations where an item is not as described (wrong size shipped, undisclosed damage, or authenticity concerns), we will issue a refund. Everything else falls under our Store Credit Only return policy.
Eligibility

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (postmarked by day 14).

Sneakers must be in the same condition received — unworn, unaltered, and clean, with original box/packaging (if provided).

Items clearly marked Final Sale.

Beaters and Restoration Pairs (sold as-is).

Pairs with missing insoles, laces, or altered from the delivered condition.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping on credit returns.

Use a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost or unverified returns.

For refund-eligible cases, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
No Exceptions

Removing/damaging accessories (laces, inserts) or altering sneakers = ineligible for return.

Cash/card refunds are not provided unless an item qualifies under the exceptions above.
