ARE ALL SHOES WEARABLE?
⚠️WEAR AT YOUR OWN RISK.Sneakers 7+ years old may no longer be structurally sound for regular wear due to age-related material breakdown. These are best worn lightly or kept for display.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
- Orders are sent out within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Orders made before 12 PM EST might be sent out the same day (not guaranteed).
- Transit time typically varies from 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Florida – Free shipping on all orders (no minimum required).
Continental U.S. (excluding FL, HI, AK) – Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, box size, and destination. Tracking is always included.
Orders $300+ – Free shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. (excludes HI & AK).
Alaska & Hawaii – Shipping costs reflect the increased distance / air freight.
DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Absolutely. Tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Why don’t you offer free shipping?
At 12UP Kicks, we don’t cut corners. We invest in protective packaging, shoe trees, and reinforced boxes to ensure your kicks arrive clean, secure, and undamaged — never crushed, creased, or compromised.
Rather than bake shipping into every price, we keep product pricing transparent. We only charge what it actually costs to ship your order safely with USPS or UPS.
However, to reward bigger bundles, we now cover shipping on all orders $300+ in the continental U.S. (excludes HI & AK).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY?
STORE CREDIT ONLY — NO REFUNDS
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, if:
- Item is unworn and in original shipped condition
- Original box is included (if applicable)
- Item was not marked Final Sale, Beater, or Restoration
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are not offered.
