At 12UP Kicks, we pride ourselves on fast, secure, and transparent shipping. Here’s everything you need to know.
Processing & Shipping Time

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of order placement, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will ship next business day.

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order leaves our facility.

We now offer Free Shipping on orders $300+ within the Continental U.S. (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).
- Applies automatically at checkout when your order subtotal hits $300+.
- Cannot be combined with other free shipping promotions unless specified.
- Standard carriers include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.
Signature & Insurance

Orders totaling $300 or more require an adult signature upon delivery (no exceptions).

We highly recommend all shipments be insured — particularly for high-value or limited edition sneakers. If we make a mistake (shipping wrong item, authenticity issue), we’ll cover shipping + insurance for that return.

Shipping Limitations & Policies

U.S. only: We currently do not ship internationally.

No shipments to P.O. Boxes for high-value orders (≥ $300) or where billing/shipping addresses do not match — to prevent fraud.

No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (unless carrier delivers—note may vary).

Orders incorrectly shipped due to address errors are the buyer’s responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address before placing orders.

Shipping cost you see in checkout is final based on current carrier rates, weight, and dimensions.
